The Art of Movement
About the Journey Guide:
🎭 Meet the Creator of "The Art of Movement"
Claudia Costa is a movement artist, journey guide, cultural anthropologist, and performer passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces for self-expression through dance.
She is also a student of Expressive Arts Therapy with over 10 years of experience in burlesque and movement.
Her approach to dance is not about technique—it’s about how movement feels, rather than how it looks.
Through "The Art of Movement," she invites people of all backgrounds and abilities to explore their bodies, emotions, and creativity in a judgment-free, expressive space.
